Just like previous review stated tickets did not include Oceanarium. Its also impossible to clean the back compartment because it is so narrow.

My main problem was that the staff was rude and ill informed a common problem when visiting other Chicago attractions.
No clean aquarium review. While this aquarium is beautiful it is impractical. The reviews saying that the water in the back stays stagnant are correct. So we purchased tickets to Oceanarium under the impression that we would be seeing the dolphin show.
I thought the back portion was attached on the other side of a glass piece but no- the back of the aquarium is just a black plastic.
